ShopTen is an online store offering everyday essentials — from clothing and kitchen tools to living room décor and trending lifestyle items.
Q.2 Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your details, and get faster checkout.

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Q.5 Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping will be available in the future.
Q.6 How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package online.
Q.7 Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! You can return items within 14 days of delivery as long as they are unused, in original packaging, and with tags/labels intact. Exchanges are also possible depending on availability.
Q.8 How do refunds work?
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Q.9 What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
