1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $4.99 or FREE on orders over $50

  • Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship nationwide within the United States.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress until it arrives at your door.

5. Delays & Issues

  • ShopTen is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping details provided by customers.

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our support team and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Incorrect or Damaged Items

  • If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
