2. Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

  • After your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, you can return it.

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, intimate wear, and perishable goods cannot be returned.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size/color, please contact our support team before returning the original product.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
