2. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
After your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, you can return it.
Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, intimate wear, and perishable goods cannot be returned.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size/color, please contact our support team before returning the original product.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
